All NACLE students participating in an exchange program must complete the registration form.

Who must inform students about the registration requirements? 

The administrative representative at each NACLE member school is responsible for informing their school’s incoming/outgoing NACLE exchange students about the registration requirements and making sure that the students actually complete such requirements. NACLE representatives should email students links to the forms and provide students with general information about the registration and exit survey process.

When must the registration form be completed? 

Registration must be completed once the student has been accepted into a NACLE student exchange program and has registered for courses at the host school. 

(The exit survey must be completed shortly after the student has completed their NACLE exchange.)
